I did not receive the verification email to log in

Troubleshooting steps if your magic link email is not arriving.

Aureo uses a magic link system to sign in — instead of a password, we send you an email with a link that authenticates you automatically. If you didn't receive it, follow these steps.

Steps to troubleshoot the issue

  1. Check your spam or junk folder. Magic link emails are sometimes filtered. Look for an email from Aureo or from [email protected].

  2. Wait a few minutes. Sometimes the email takes 2–3 minutes depending on your provider.

  3. Request a new link. Go back to the sign-in screen and enter your email again.

  4. Make sure you're using the right email — exactly the same one you used to register with Aureo.

  5. Try a different browser or device. Some corporate filters or email apps may block magic links.

Alternative: Sign in with Google

If you registered with Google, you can sign in using the "Continue with Google" button on the access screen, with no email needed.

The link expired

Magic links have a limited validity window (approximately 15 minutes). If your link has already expired, request a new one from the sign-in screen.
