When it shows Payout successful, the SPEI has been sent from Aureo.
You can download the PDF receipt from the order as official proof.
What if I have not received my payment?
Verify that your order status shows Payout successful.
Confirm your registered bank account is correct under Account → Bank account.
If more than 1 business day has passed with no transfer, contact support via the chat in the app with your order number.
