When you sell bitcoin on Aureo, you receive your pesos via a SPEI transfer to the bank account you selected as the destination — your own account or a recipient you added. Arrival time depends on when Aureo processes your order.
Estimated payout times
SPEI is typically sent within a couple of minutes, but could take up to 10 minutes depending on your bank.
If you sold with Bitcoin (on-chain), Aureo sends the SPEI once your transaction has 2 confirmations on the Bitcoin network. Each confirmation takes about 10 minutes, so it is usually about 20 minutes from when you send. A low network fee can make it take hours. Meanwhile, the order shows Payment detected and Confirming 1 of 2.
How do I know my payment has been sent?
Check your order status in your Trade history.
When it shows Payout successful, the SPEI has been sent from Aureo.
You can download the PDF receipt from the order as official proof.
What if I have not received my payment?
Verify that your order status shows Payout successful.
Confirm the destination account is correct in the order details. You can manage your accounts and recipients from the To field in the sell flow.
If more than 1 business day has passed with no transfer, contact support via the chat in the app with your order number.
