When you buy bitcoin on Aureo, you deposit Mexican pesos via SPEI and receive bitcoin directly at the wallet address you provide. Aureo never takes custody of your bitcoin.
Before you start
Your identity verification (Tier 1) must be approved.
You need a bitcoin wallet address (on-chain) or Lightning Address where you want to receive bitcoin.
Steps to buy bitcoin
Open the Buy Bitcoin section from the main menu.
Enter the amount in MXN you want to deposit. You will see the approximate bitcoin equivalent at the current exchange rate.
Confirm your bitcoin address. You can use:
On-chain address (starts with bc1, 1, or 3) — arrives in ~10–60 minutes after 1 network confirmation.
Lightning Address (format [email protected]) — instant delivery.
Do not use BOLT11 invoices (they expire and are not supported as a receive address).
Review the summary with the amount, Aureo's fee, and the delivery address.
Make the SPEI transfer from your banking app using the following details:
Recipient: Soluciones Tecnologicas Nagumatech
CLABE: Your personal Aureo CLABE (18 digits, unique to you)
Amount: The exact MXN amount
The transfer must come from a bank account in your name. SPEIs from third parties will be rejected and returned within 24–48 hours.
Wait for confirmation. Once Aureo detects your deposit, your pesos are automatically converted to bitcoin and sent to your wallet.
Check your order in the order history to see the real-time status.
Delivery times
Lightning: Instant once the deposit is processed (~1–2 min).
On-chain: Approximately 10–60 minutes (1 network confirmation).

Minimum per transaction: $500 MXN
Maximum per transaction: $100,000 MXN
