Every order in Aureo goes through a series of stages. Here is what you will see on screen at each point.
Buy orders (MXN → BTC)
While your order is being processed, you will see a status card with the current stage and estimated time.
What you see | What it means |
Awaiting your payment | Order created — waiting for your SPEI transfer |
Verifying sender | First SPEI — confirming the account is in your name (~2–3 min) |
Buying bitcoin | Deposit received — exchange rate locked, converting your pesos |
Preparing payout | Your purchase is queued for on-chain payout |
Sending bitcoin | On-chain transaction is being created (~10–120 min) |
Complete | Order complete! Bitcoin has arrived in your wallet |
Deposit rejected | SPEI rejected — sender does not match your account. Refunded in 24–48 hours |
Error - awaiting admin | An issue occurred — our team is reviewing. Contact support with your order ID |
Sell orders (BTC → MXN)
What you see | What it means |
Pay with Lightning | Order ready — pay the Lightning invoice before the timer expires (5 min) |
Expired | Timer reached zero. Tap "Refresh Swap Order" for a new quote |
Payout on the way | Payment received — SPEI is being sent to your personal account |
Payout successful | Order complete! Peso payment deposited into your account |
Payment failed | An error occurred. Contact support with your order ID |
Order not moving?
If your order has been in the same status for more than 1 hour, contact Aureo support via the chat icon in the app and include your order ID.
