The CEP (Comprobante Electrónico de Pago) is the official electronic payment receipt issued by Banco de México (Banxico) for every completed SPEI transfer. It is the most reliable document to prove that a payment was made.

Proving to your bank or third parties that the SPEI was successfully sent
Using it as supporting evidence in case of a dispute or claim
For accounting or tax purposes
Which orders have a CEP?
The CEP is available for completed sell orders — when Aureo sent the SPEI with your Mexican pesos.
How to download your CEP
Go to your Transaction history in the app.
Select the completed sell order.
In the order details, look for the "View CEP receipt" link.
The official Banxico website will open with your transfer receipt.
When does the CEP appear?
It is available once your order shows the status Payout successful. If your order was completed very recently, it may take a few minutes to appear.
CEP not showing up?
If your order is complete but you do not see the link, contact Aureo support with your order number.
